The 805 Plan is designed for businesses that utilize remote or hybrid work. It’s perfect for your remote employees that would like the option to get out of the house and work with colleagues in a common space. The 805 Plan is designed to give your staff additional locations to work or meet with their team and/or customers.

The membership includes unlimited coworking at all 3 SANDBOX locations for 3 team members with access to high speed wifi, free coffee + tea, and the use of phone booths for private calls.

In addition, all 805 Plan members get discounted pricing on conference room/meeting space rental and venue rental.  Access to our printers and lockers can also be added.

In addition, THE SANDBOX is also proud to be part of the Proximity Space Network, a nationwide coworking space collective that gives all SANDBOX members access to any partner space within the network.

  • Additional team members can be added for $200 each per month (up to a total 20 team members)
  • Digital key to the building for access anytime you need
  • Unlimited meeting room hours at $45/hour (a 25% discount)
  • Month to month terms, cancel at any time (with 30 days notice required)

WHAT IS INCLUDED In A COWORKING MEMBERSHIP?

Internet
Unlimited high-speed bandwidth is provided for members and day pass purchasers and accessible through our SANDBOX Wifi Network.
Phone Booths
Looking for a quiet place to make a call? We have multiple phone rooms for all those important calls you want to make in private and without interruption.
Storage
If you are looking for additional storage, options are available at $30 a month to rent.
Flexible Workspace
Our clean, bright, beautiful space offers different workspaces for more collaborative, more casual, or more focused work.  We also encourage standing options and have Fluidstance boards available to use throughout the space.
Meeting Rooms
Monthly coworking members get 50% discounted rates on all of our conference room spaces. Office and desk tenants get 50% off and 1 hour in both our Longboard Room.
No Lease
All of our coworking plans are month to month, to allow a variety of no-contract memberships to meet your working needs. From one day per week to anytime access 365 days a year, THE SANDBOX has you covered.
Handlebar Coffee
We are proud to offer you Handlebar Coffee, some of the best coffee around. We’ll have fresh coffee brewing in our kitchen, or make your own french press pot, vacuum pressed espresso shot, or a pour over in our Coffee Lab.

A membership doesn’t just mean you get to work in a collaborative and creative space, but you become part of a community of freelancers, independents, and startups.
Parking
We have a couple of parking spots of our own and the Neighborhood is FILLED with free parking.  We’ve worked in all of the coworking spaces in town and our monthly parking bill was larger than the amount of our coworking membership.  Here it’s not.  Parking is free and available.  You’ll just need to look around!
Class and Event Discounts
You’ll have access to all of our events that we produce at THE SANDBOX at now charge.  You’ll also have fee or no charge access to other events, film festivals and more where THE SANDBOX is the venue host.
Community Connectivity
Reach out to other community members and stay connected to the entire SANDBOX community through our members-only slack channel and facebook community group.
Member Mixers
Work always comes first, but that doesn’t mean that work can’t be fun.  We host get togethers, provide Friday morning goodies, host happy hours, and other events to bring our members together. We are the community you didn’t even realize you were missing.
